Baked Feta With Tomatoes

It is officially fall! Time for some sweaters and boots, outdoor gatherings and savory dishes. Baked feta with tomatoes is the easiest appetizer that is perfect for fall gatherings. A few simple ingredients baked together and served warm. Spread it on some pita points and enjoy!



Take a block of feta cheese and place it in the center of a lidded casserole dish. Add a pint of cherry tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, a couple sprigs of fresh rosemary and drizzle it all with olive oil.


Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.


Transfer the block of feta to a serving plate. Smash the tomatoes, garlic and rosemary with the back of a fork until it forms an almost salsa like consistency. Then spoon it over the top of the feta.



Serve with pita points. Spread the feta and tomatoes generously on the pitas and enjoy!
